We are looking for a junior designer or intern architect, preferably with a minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience. The role would be primarily focussed on providing rendering and visualization support for projects in the design stage. We need someone with a fastidious and sophisticated aesthetic sense who is very organized with strong interpersonal and visual communication skills. The role would involve creating compelling virtual models and images that assist with project development and client delivery and contribute to a concise visual aesthetic across the firm’s portfolio.

REQUIRED

• A well developed ability to deliver a clear visual language consistent with the firms design aesthetic

• Skilled at modelling using Rhino

• Skilled at rendering and visualization using Enscape and/or V-Ray

• Proficient in AutoCAD, the Adobe Suite, and the Microsoft Suite

• Strong personal design aesthetic and interpersonal skills 

ASSET

• Enrolled in the OAA internship program, or holding an architectural licence 

• Experience in developing designs through schematic and design development phases

• A strong grasp on contemporary culture and progressive design approaches
